Availability: We are available to perform searches on your
behalf and guide you through the entire purchasing process from formulating your
thoughts to performing searches based on then-current search criteria, to
hitting the pavement and viewing as many properties as it takes to find your
dream home. We then guide you through the negotiation process, help with
financing and legal referrals as necessary and assist in preparation of the board
