- subject, of course, to your own preferences and any building rules that may be
in effect. Our aim is to be available for every qualified appointment requested,
thereby ensuring maximum exposure for your property.
Qualification of Buyers: A critical part of any listing
broker's duties is to carefully examine the qualifications (often financial) of
any potential purchasers.
